Carole is a crucial lynch pin here, as we are often entrusted with the responsibility of handling clients’ money. She meticulously checks every penny that we spend on our clients’ behalf to ensure there have been no mistakes.

Carole occasionally threatens to retire but we know that she loves keeping us all in order, including Dan.

She is a long standing Portobello Road local and was the administrator for Leith’s Restaurants in London’s Notting Hill for many years.
