Stuart’s photo looks like he is an angel and it’s true, he is heaven sent. He makes sure that the buildings we work on will remain standing. He ensures good management of contract, payments, health and safety and party wall agreements. All the background work that many clients don’t realise has to be done but is necessary for a faultless building programme.
His work has covered projects ranging from a £7m country house build to £300k apartment re-fits. His education includes a BSc in Building Surveying, a RICs diploma in Estate Management to MRICS in Project Management.
